Conference Management & Event Planning

To assist with the overall planning and logistics for PBEC's various local and international events and programs.
  • Work closely with the Manager of Programs and the organization's conference company on the planning and coordination of local and international events and programs.
  • Assist with the invitation, confirmation, and participation of speakers at such events.
  • Assist in developing and updating meeting agendas.
  • Conduct research on companies and obtain and compile speaker biographies.
  • Compile, analyze, and generate reports on delegate data collected from meetings and events.
  • Provide and/or coordinate onsite assistance at meetings and events.
  • Provide program related input and feedback to the Manager of Programs.
  • Draft, edit, and revise letters, memos, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Maintain correspondence with PBEC's member committees through e-mail, fax, and telephone.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
