Conference Management & Event Planning
To assist with the overall planning and logistics for PBEC's various local and international events and programs.
- Work closely with the Manager of Programs and the organization's conference company on the planning and coordination of local and international events and programs.
- Assist with the invitation, confirmation, and participation of speakers at such events.
- Assist in developing and updating meeting agendas.
- Conduct research on companies and obtain and compile speaker biographies.
- Compile, analyze, and generate reports on delegate data collected from meetings and events.
- Provide and/or coordinate onsite assistance at meetings and events.
- Provide program related input and feedback to the Manager of Programs.
- Draft, edit, and revise letters, memos, and other forms of correspondence.
- Maintain correspondence with PBEC's member committees through e-mail, fax, and telephone.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
