Communications, Marketing & Public Relations
To assist with strengthening the organization's image in the Pacific region through communications, marketing, and public relations.
- Contribute to the development and management of the organization's communications, marketing, and public relations strategy.
- Coordinate the use of the organization's web site, the internet, and other forms of media as part of an overall marketing and public relations strategy.
- Assist with the development and production of promotional materials and publications.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with a variety of local and international business, economic, and government organizations.
- Correspond and work closely with the organization's public relations firm.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with the international media throughout the Pacific Basin.
- Assist with the drafting and distribution of press releases.
- Draft, edit, and revise letters, memos, and other forms of correspondence.
- Maintain correspondence with PBEC's member committees through e-mail, fax, and telephone.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
