Communications, Marketing & Public Relations

To assist with strengthening the organization's image in the Pacific region through communications, marketing, and public relations.
  • Contribute to the development and management of the organization's communications, marketing, and public relations strategy.
  • Coordinate the use of the organization's web site, the internet, and other forms of media as part of an overall marketing and public relations strategy.
  • Assist with the development and production of promotional materials and publications.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with a variety of local and international business, economic, and government organizations.
  • Correspond and work closely with the organization's public relations firm.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with the international media throughout the Pacific Basin.
  • Assist with the drafting and distribution of press releases.
  • Draft, edit, and revise letters, memos, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Maintain correspondence with PBEC's member committees through e-mail, fax, and telephone.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
