Business Research & Policy Development

To assist with the collection of information on a variety of international business, economic, and political issues as a part of the organization's policy development program.
  • Research a variety of international publications for relevant articles; gain familiarity and expertise on international business, economic, and political issues.
  • Generate summary reports of findings.
  • Build working relationships with a variety of regional and international organizations such as the WTO, IMF, APEC, World Bank, and International Chamber of Commerce.
  • Assist with the development and coordination of policy related programs and events.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of policy related documents and publications.
  • Draft, edit, and revise letters, memos, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Maintain correspondence with PBEC's working committees through e-mail, fax, and telephone.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
