Administration & Organization Development

To assist with the administrative functions and internal development of a multinational, non-profit private business organization.
  • Provide assistance with the coordination and development of local events and programs.
  • Assist with preparations for the internal business meetings of the organization's annual Mid-term Meeting and International General Meeting.
  • Maintain communications with local government and business organizations on PBEC related matters and events.
  • Assist with special projects related to membership development and internal strengthening of the organization.
  • Compile and generate reports and minutes of the internal administrative meetings of the organization; assist with post-meeting follow up work.
  • Draft, edit, and revise letters, memos, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Maintain correspondence with PBEC's member committees through e-mail, fax, and telephone.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
