Rae Gee Manager, Member Services Rae Gee is the Manager of Member Services for the for the Pacific Basin Economic Council (PBEC), and is responsible for servicing members with new programs and networking opportunities. Ms. Gee has extensive experience with the City and County of Honolulu municipality, most recently working as Grant Administrator for the Honolulu Police Department. She worked as an Executive Assistant to the Mayor specializing in Capital Improvement Project Analysis; Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director of the City Parks and Recreation Department specializing in Community Relations; and Urban Planner for the City Department of Housing and Community Development specializing in Chinatown Redevelopment. Ms. Gee earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Hawaii.
