25th Pacific Telecommunications Council Conference
Honolulu, Hawaii January 19-23, 2003 The Pacific Telecommunications Council the leading telecommunications group in the Pacific Rim is holding its 25th annual conference in Honolulu from Jan. 19-23. Founded in 1980, the PTC holds a unique place in the dynamic, rapidly growing world of global communications.
