Eric Chang has been an active member of PBEC & Board of Directors since 2005 and graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems and Control Engineering in 1997 and subsequently earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1999. In 2018, he completed the dual degree Executive MBA program offered by Tsinghua University and INSEAD, receiving an EMBA from Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management and a EMBA from INSEAD. Currently, Eric holds key positions in two publicly listed companies in Chinese Taipei: Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Unitech Printed Circuit Board Corp., a company specialized in manufacturing multilayer, HDI, and Rigid-Flex PCBs, and Director of Fulltech Fiber Glass Corp., a leading company in fiberglass yarn and fabric production. He also serves as Chairman or Director in several subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Previously, he held the positions of Vice Chairman at Ideal Bike Corporation and Investment Manager at Taiwan International Securities Corporation.
