The Pacific Basin Economic Council – Held by invitation only members events in Hong Kong SAR and San Francisco on Wed 15th November 2023. As part of the APEC Leaders Week and Annual Summit, PBEC arranged social events for those attending APEC USA in San Francisco in person and for those members in Hong Kong who couldn’t get out to the States to attend this years leaders summit. A big thank you to David Nieh – former PBEC BoD and Member emeritus based in California who helped arrange the gathering in SFO and to Anthony Chan of Isola Capital who opened up his private clients lounge and bar for our members to enjoy drinks and canapes in Central.
Several members were able to join both events and mark the annual leaders gathering week that is APEC and just ahead of a historic meeting of the two Presidents from USA and China.
