Tucker M. Kokjohn is Regional Director of Sourcing and A/P and President of DuPont (Korea) Inc. He has responsibility for Purchasing and Logistics activity in Asia Pacific and for all DuPont operations in South Korea. Mr. Kokjohn joined DuPont in 1968 and held numerous positions, mostly in management. He previously was Director of DuPont Facilities Services and had operating responsibility for all office and laboratory facilities in the greater Wilmington area as well as global commercial real estate.
From 1968 to 1975 he was in Corporate Engineering with assignments at DuPont manufacturing sites in South Carolina, Arkansas, New Jersey, and Delaware; from 1975 o 1978 he joined Central Research and Development Department and was manufacturing manager for a new venture recycling packaging materials. In 1978 he joined the transportation and Distribution Department and managed the corporate marine fleet. From 1979 o 1988 Mr. Kokjohn was responsible for procurement of ocean transportation to Asia Pacific; managed the international customer service organization; and was responsible for purchasing and logistics in Asia Pacific and Latin America.
He has been an instructor in Facilities Management for the University of Wisconsin and a frequent lecturer for tradelines facilities management association.
Mr. Kokjohn resides with his wife, Lynn, and three of his five children in Seoul, Korea. He received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Utah in 1968.
