Han-Soo Yu Secretary General The Federation of Korean Industries

Han-Soo Yu has been Secretary General of The Federation of Korean Industries since 1998. Previously, he was CEO & President and an Executive Research Fellow at POSCO Research Institute.

He is also an Adjunct Professor at Hanyang University, Director of the Korea Society for Training & Development, Director of the Korean Association of Public Economics, and Director of the Korea-Pacific Program at the University of California, San Diego.

Yu was born October 6, 1949. He received an MBA from Columbia University in 1984, and earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Purdue University in 1988.
